About the Role
My name is Rabie, and I am with Kreative Real Estate Solutionz. I have been a real estate agent for 9 years in Florida and wholesaling real estate for 3 years.
What is Real Estate Wholesaling?
I contact homeowners in distress (pre-foreclosure, death in the family, divorce, etc.) who need to sell their homes. I negotiate a price under market value and then find a buyer who will purchase the property above the price I negotiated with the homeowner. The difference in price is called the assignment fee (profits on the deal).
To ensure you are happy and making money, I've added another income stream. You can offer the homeowner a higher price and get them to hire a real estate agent that I will refer to the homeowner. I will pay a percentage of my referral fee if the homeowner hires the real estate agent I recommend. If the homeowner accepts our offer, you will get paid a percentage of the assignment fee collected. You will get paid the same day I get paid in both scenarios.
What We Provide
- Training and mentorship are provided. My goal is to help you build your own business at no cost to you; I am willing to partner with you.
- I will provide you with leads and show you how to get phone numbers.
Compensation
- You will get paid:
- 10% of the assignment fee collected.
- 15% of the referral fee I get from the real estate agents we hire.
- Income potential after you learn the process will be at least $4,000.
- The more time and effort you dedicate, the more money you will make.
- This position is commission-only.
