About the Studio
I run a small studio that builds custom software. Our core service offerings include:
- Web Apps: Next.js, type-safe APIs, Postgres, or Mongo.
- AI Products: Agents, RAG, and automations built with real eval suites and observability.
- Mobile: React Native.
- Migrations: Moving businesses off legacy systems without data or traffic loss.
- Platforms: Internal tools, dashboards, and CMSes.
- Growth Labs: Landing pages, A/B tests, and analytics.

The Role
Your job is to bring us projects. You find a business that needs software built and introduce us; we take it from there.
- You do not need to write code, scope the build, price it, or manage the project.
- You may stay in the loop with the client if you wish, but your payout does not depend on it.
Requirements
- You must speak English well enough to hold a first conversation with a business owner.
- No degree, sales background, or specific location is required.
Compensation
- 20% commission of the project value on every project you bring that we close and get paid for.
- You get paid as we get paid (e.g., on a two-milestone project, your share lands with each milestone).
- Typical projects run greater than $1K+.
Important Note: This is a commission-only role. There is no base pay, no hourly rate, and no retainer. If you require guaranteed income, this position is not the right fit.
