Now we are looking for a Tech Lead / Full-stack in the new business Risora.
For 76% of people, the biggest pain in life is the gap between who they really are and who they could become. To overcome this gap, we have created an application — a personality simulator.
Our idea is simple: the best way to change and achieve goals is to work out real scenarios, and not just read about them. The application takes your personality type and turns it into a series of practical exercises that show how character determines your effectiveness and relationships. Each workout, each choice and result forms a clear picture of your potential.
You will join as the first engineer — hands-on Full-stack with the ambition to grow into a CTO and co-founder.
What challenges await:
- Build an iOS application and a web platform end-to-end;
- Cover the entire development cycle — architecture, implementation, deploy, support;
- Set up infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS is a priority);
- Integrate AI APIs and third-party services (OpenAI, analytics, payment providers);
- Work closely with design and product to turn ideas into production-ready features;
- Use AI development tools (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) every day to move faster and write better code;
- Establish tech standards, code review processes and documentation as the team grows.
What is important to us:
Must have:
- Strong skills in backend development and architecture or in mobile application development (React Native, Swift or Flutter);
- Hands-on experience in developing and launching mobile applications (React Native or Swift);
- High level of AI-fluency in development;
- Copilot or similar tools as part of the daily workflow;
- Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.);
- Ownership mindset — you take full responsibility for what you build, and not just for your tasks;
- Experience with App Store submission and Apple Developer ecosystem;
Nice to have:
- Backend experience with Node.js (we consider other stacks, Node is a priority);
- Experience working with databases;
- PostgreSQL or similar relational DB;
- Experience working in a startup environment;
- Experience building consumer-facing or gamified products;
- Interest in psychology, behavioral science or personality-driven products.
