Founding Growth/Sales Intern (AI Startup)
Compensation: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 / month + Incentives up to ₹1.5L+

We're building Spleen, a next-gen AI recruitment platform. We are an early-stage, small team with real customers already (including unicorns and top AI / voice infra companies in India).
About the Role
We're looking for one unconventional, slightly crazy growth/sales mind to work directly with the founder.
This is not traditional sales. There are no scripts or CRM babysitting.
Responsibilities
Your job will be to:
- Talk to founders, HRs, and hiring managers
- Convert inbound interest into real conversations
- Figure out what works and double down on it
- Move fast, experiment faster, execute fastest
Who This Role Is For
- Someone obsessed with execution over planning
- Comfortable with ambiguity and chaos
- Doesn’t care about titles, resumes, or “years of experience”
- Thinks in outcomes, not tasks
College student, drop-out, or working professional — background doesn’t matter.
Compensation
- Fixed: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 / month
- Incentives: up to ₹1.5L+ (no upper cap, tied directly to impact)
- Part-time / intern
