Fulfillment & Inventory Manager

About the Role:
Our client is a rapidly growing e-commerce brand and market leader in the outdoor living space. They've doubled revenue year over year since launching in 2022 and are on pace for mid-8-figure sales by 2026, with nine figures in sight. We are looking for a Fulfillment & Inventory Manager to own and optimize daily fulfillment operations.
Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize daily fulfillment operations
- Manage inventory accuracy
- Oversee delivery performance
- Manage vendor relationships
- Improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce or 3PL fulfillment/logistics
- Experience with large or bulky items is a plus
- Familiarity with Shopify
- Proficiency in Excel
Compensation:
- Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
