About the Role
You will have the opportunity to evolve your career in the organization with the world's most diverse portfolio of professional services, working as a HRBP Supervisor in the People & Purpose team. In your daily routine, you will:
- Act as a reference in the Business Partner area, managing a high volume of demands;
- Create, compile and analyze HR indicators, proposing improvement actions based on the data;
- Monitor the entire Performance Management cycle and conduct calibration committees with the areas;
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes;
- Conduct and support strategic projects in the area;
- Prepare executive presentations and management reports;
- Control vacancies, dismissals and intern management;
- Support Business Partners in strategic issues and actions with the business;
- Lead and develop a team of analysts.

Requirements
- Complete higher education ( desirable postgraduate );
- Intermediate to advanced English;
- Reside in São Paulo, with availability to work in person 3 times a week in the office;
- Advanced command of Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge in Analytics will be a differential.
