About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Sales Executive, Professional & Managed Services - NAMER East. This role reports directly to the Head of NAMER Sales and requires periodic travel (expected +50%) across the region to meet with prospects and clients.

This is a people-oriented position requiring 5-6 years of Professional Services consultative sales experience. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions by offering deep product knowledge and strong value-based sales acumen. You will lead services sales cycles to define clear Scope, Approach, Schedule, and Outcomes favorable to the client and Rimini Street.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work as part of the Professional Services sales team to build a book of business through engagement with Rimini Street Sales, Clients, Delivery, and prospects.
  • Proactively identify whitespace opportunities.
  • Build executive-level value narratives.
  • Sell advisory-led engagements that expand into recurring services.
  • Develop 12–24 month expansion strategies for strategic accounts.
  • Identify stabilization, optimization, modernization, and AI opportunities.
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations with executive and operational stakeholders.
  • Convert support relationships into broader services programs.
  • Demonstrate skills in consultative selling for business development.
  • Engage with Professional Services Delivery leadership to scope and estimate projects.
  • Collaborate with Professional Services leadership to engage in continuous improvements.
  • Serve as the key interface between Professional Services and the Rimini contract legal team; draft contract outlines (Scope, Schedule, Approach, Assumptions, Invoicing, and RACI structures).
  • Assist with developing sales materials, including value proposition pitch decks and budgetary proposal templates.
  • Lead extended and matrixed sales teams on strategy, offerings, and selling Professional Services.
  • Grow awareness of the Rimini Street unique value proposition across your personal network.
  • Become an expert in existing offerings and innovate new ones to expand business as input to Product Management and Delivery.

Experience

  • 10+ years of Professional Services or Managed Services Sales with a background in enterprise technology sales.
  • Demonstrated success generating pipeline within installed enterprise accounts.
  • Experience selling professional and/or managed services.
  • Strong understanding of ERP environments (SAP, Oracle) and SaaS ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience building executive-level business cases and ROI models.
  • Experience selling into customers not actively upgrading ERP platforms.
  • Ability to position modernization and AI initiatives in risk-averse environments.
  • Understanding of enterprise IT governance, security, and compliance.
  • Value-based and consultative selling training.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Superb troubleshooting skills and tenacity in problem-solving.
  • Passionate focus on customer support and the ability to build long-term, successful working relationships with clients.
  • Ability to assist in pre-sales efforts and clearly articulate value (hard savings, soft savings, revenue increase, and brand goodwill).
  • Good understanding of ERP and SaaS industry solutions.
  • Solution selling and/or value-based selling trained/certified.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 (depending on skills and experience).
