Data Analyst (Wellbeing product) - Kiss My Apps

Headquarters: Ukraine
Source: weworkremotely

Kiss My Apps is a platform company uniting 7 product verticals and 30+ AI-first products with over 100 million users. Our ecosystem includes proprietary analytical, payment, and marketing developments. Our products are global leaders in the utilities, lifestyle, and health & fitness niches (e.g., AI Remodel, Printer, Botan, Calorie Counter). We are growing at least 3x year-over-year and are looking for a Data Analyst to help us scale even faster.

About the Role

The Chillio team is looking for a Data Analyst to take ownership of analytics development and scaling, with the potential to become a Team Lead. You will build our data foundation from scratch, create powerful analytical pipelines, and transform data into clear, actionable insights that guide our growth, marketing, and product decisions.

Chillio is a wellbeing platform that helps users form healthy habits, care for themselves, understand their emotions, and maintain focus in a fun, easy way. Our product includes web (PWA), iOS, and Android apps, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own the entire marketing analytics cycle — from raw data to decision-making.
  • Create and scale data flows for effective marketing across all paid channels.
  • Manage marketing dashboards with detailed breakdowns by ad creatives and traffic sources to track and optimize LTV, CAC, ROAS, and sales funnel conversion.
  • Develop and automate LTV models, cohort analysis, and revenue attribution across all channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize budget allocation, scaling strategies, and channel performance.
  • Support and evaluate marketing experiments (creatives, funnels, audiences, A/B tests).
  • Ensure accurate attribution and data consistency across all marketing and product touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or in a similar role within web marketing or product analytics.
  • Confident practical knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets.
  • Deep understanding of marketing performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback period).
  • Experience with cohort analysis, LTV modeling, and revenue forecasting.
  • Experience using Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization.

Why Join Us?

  • Full ownership and wide scope: You will be the first person in this function, with real responsibility and the ability to shape the approach from scratch.
  • Scaling potential: This position has the potential to grow into building your own analytical team and a Lead role.
  • Ready-made infrastructure: The company already has the necessary base (tables, dashboards, and processes), so you won't have to build everything from zero.
  • Focus on analytics: Data pipelines are handled by a separate KMA team, so you will work as an internal partner for the business rather than doing technical debugging.
  • Startup dynamics with structure: We combine the flexibility and speed of a startup with a mature, well-organized environment.
  • Impact on business decisions: You will directly influence company decisions through data, conclusions, and insights.

We Offer

  1. Flexible format: Fully remote from anywhere in the world, with access to our offices in Kyiv or Warsaw if desired.
  2. Performance-focused conditions: Competitive compensation matching your skills and experience. We provide all necessary equipment regardless of your location.
  3. Career growth: 80%+ of leads at Kiss My Apps were switchers 2-3 years ago. Your impact is defined by how quickly you learn and take ownership.
  4. Team activities: Online yoga classes twice a week to support mental health.
  5. Professional development: Internal English speaking clubs with native speakers, opportunities to speak at events, and an annual budget covering up to 50% of professional conferences and educational events.
  6. Flexible benefits: A fixed annual budget to spend on health insurance, psychotherapy, sports, or dentistry. Includes 40 days of paid time off and sick leave.
  7. Support during the war: We provide everything necessary for uninterrupted work, support the Defense Forces, and contribute to Ukraine's recovery.

Note: There is an option for military reservation for conscripts after the probationary period, subject to properly documented military registration and internal company capabilities as defined by law.
