We are a small, fully remote team, and we are hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the voice of the brand for our customers, from a first question about samples through a finished install.
Role Details
- Location: Remote, anywhere in the US
- Type: Full time, around 40 hours a week, US business hours
- Compensation: Offers made to shortlisted applicants ($24–$36 per hour USD)
What the Role Involves
- Answering customer emails and messages about samples, sizing, finishes, shipping, and installation.
- Helping customers choose the right finish.
- Following orders from checkout to doorstep.
- Handling returns and reprints.
- Improving the guides and FAQs that prevent repeat questions.
What We Are Looking For
- A year or more in customer service or a similar customer-facing role.
- Clear and friendly writing.
- Strong organization.
- Reliable home internet.
- A quiet place to work during US business hours.
- Bonus: An interest in design and pattern is a welcome bonus.
