About the Role
We are seeking a technical co-founder to build the foundational "trust layer" for Indian enterprise data. Our mission is to solve the multi-billion dollar problem of Indian enterprise data chaos, which global tech giants have failed to address. We have a comprehensive market analysis, a validated GTM strategy, and a detailed technical blueprint ready for execution.
Our Team
We are a small, focused, and dedicated team of three, including the founder and an operations manager (co-founder). We are guided by a senior advisor with 12 years of hands-on experience in building and scaling ML systems.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a true partner and co-founder to lead our technical vision as CTO.
Requirements
- Seasoned engineer (5+ years experience)
- Deep, hands-on expertise in building scalable backend systems (Python, MLOps)
- Strong background in AI/ML (Transformers, OCR, NLP)
- A builder at heart who gets excited by solving hard, unsolved problems
- Desire for the autonomy to own an entire technical architecture
- Opportunity to build a foundational deep-tech company from the ground up
