1. Senior Application Developer (React + Composable Commerce)

We're hiring a senior dev (8+ yrs) to lead projects, mentor juniors, and build scalable apps end-to-end.

Technical Stack:

  • Frontend: React (Redux/Context)
  • Backend: C#/.NET, microservices
  • Architecture: Headless commerce (CommerceTools, ContentStack), NoSQL + relational DBs, event streaming
  • Methodology: TDD

Responsibilities:

  • Turn messy business requirements into solid technical solutions.
  • Help shape our architecture.
  • Lead projects and mentor junior developers.
  • Bonus: WMS experience.

2. QA Engineer

We're hiring a QA Engineer to own quality across our suite of connected web applications and the shared services between them.

Responsibilities:

  • Mix hands-on manual/exploratory testing with building and maintaining automated suites (end-to-end, integration, component).
  • Focus on the seams between apps: navigation, shared auth, data hand-offs, and micro-frontend integrations.
  • Own the full bug lifecycle.
  • Wire tests into CI/CD as reliable quality gates.
  • Partner with product and engineering to build testability in from the start.

Ideal Fit:

  • 3+ years in QA testing web apps.
  • Experience with both manual and automated testing using modern frameworks (Playwright, Selenium) and unit/component tooling (Jest, Vitest).
  • Comfortable testing SPAs and REST APIs.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript to write and debug test code.
  • Bonus: React, Vite, monorepos, micro-frontends, GitHub Actions.
  • A user-focused mindset.

3. Senior DevOps Engineer

We're hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to standardize application deployments, containerization, and release processes across our org.

Responsibilities:

  • Build shared CI/CD pipelines.
  • Containerize apps with Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Create the tooling and "golden paths" that let teams ship reliably.

Ideal Fit:

  • Solid experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI/Jenkins).
  • Experience with IaC (Terraform/Helm) and cloud providers (AWS/Azure).
  • A track record of driving standardization at scale.
  • Pragmatic, collaborative, and motivated by making other teams more productive.
