About the Role:
As a Product Designer at Qventus, you will collaborate with product managers, clinical experts, data scientists, and engineers to create impactful user experiences that make pre-surgical and post-surgical workflows more intuitive and efficient. You will have the opportunity to:

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer
- BS/MS in Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, UX Design, Service Design, or equivalent
- Strong portfolio showcasing the impact of your designs
- Visual design and information architecture: Ability to structure information and actions in a visually stunning, concise, and intuitive way.
- Customer advocacy: Experience gathering qualitative and quantitative insights to define and prioritize customer needs.
- Thoughtful, responsive end-to-end solutions: Ability to solve for different scenarios comprehensively across web and mobile.
- Mastery of Figma: Demonstrated Figma mastery to build cohesive components, designs, and flows.
- Rapid Prototyping skills: Ability to build quick, interactive prototypes within Figma.
- Experience with Design Systems: Knowledge of building and maintaining cohesive design systems that leverage Figma components, variables and variants.
- Accessible designs: Ensure designs and design components meet WCAG 2.2 and ADA accessibility requirements.
- Service Design proficiency: Ability to organize and map complex workflows and user journeys.

- Put prototypes together that demonstrate animations and microinteractions.
- Visualize data and actionable insights in a way that helps users answer their burning questions and inspires them to act.
- Have prior experiences delivering well-crafted B2C/B2B experiences across complex, heavily-regulated industries such as healthcare, fintech, delivery/fleet logistics, robotics, government, and automotive.
- Prior experiences with AI/LLMs
- Writing front-end code to bring your ideas to life

Compensation
- Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 USD
