About the Role
I am hiring the first senior engineering hire for an early-stage multi-agent product. This role is for a senior backend/platform builder who enjoys shipping products rather than just designing systems.
You will work directly with me to turn a strong technical direction into a dependable product. The work involves a mix of orchestration, integrations, reliability, auditability, and getting useful workflow automation into users’ hands quickly.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience shipping end-to-end products.
- Strong backend judgment and product range.
- A "low-ceremony" working style.
- Comfort with ambiguity.
Preferred Experience
It is helpful if you care about:
- Retries and tool boundaries.
- Observability.
- Human override in AI systems.
