About the Role
We are seeking a Lead ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow, JavaScript, and ITIL principles.
Responsibilities
- Assist requesters in refining business requirement details.
- Understand and identify cross-platform impacts of changes or enhancements.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions including custom applications, workflows, catalog items, and integrations.
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
- Design and implement workflows to support business needs and increase automation.
- Develop and configure integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Build and maintain custom applications following best practices.
- Work within the Agile methodology.
- Implement new modules as business needs evolve.
- Conduct regular ServiceNow version upgrades.
Requirements
- Must be eligible and willing to submit for U.S. Government security clearances; active clearance is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a relevant technical field.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
- At least 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, preferably across SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, and HR modules.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow API web services.
- Proven experience with integrating ServiceNow with other applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
