About the Role
We are writing software that generates 3D models of buildings. The construction and insurance industry uses those models to derive metrics, estimate construction/repair costs (e.g., water damage due to flooding, wind damage, etc.), and accelerate claims processing. Our long-term ambition is to have an accurate and up-to-date 3D model (digital twin) of every building on the planet.
Hover is expanding the team on many fronts. The 3D Measurements team is looking for talented and experienced software engineers who have:
- Proven experience designing and implementing systems for 3D modeling, reconstruction, or CAD-related software.
- A solid foundation in geometry and 3D math.
