Compensation & Employment Details
- Compensation: $20/hr + uncapped commission ($200 per close). Top performers can earn up to $100K.
- Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor / Freelance.
- Schedule: Up to 40 hours a week.
- Work Type: Remote (Note: This is not a work-from-home position; it involves field work and computer time).

Omada.ai is looking for Outside Sales Representatives / Territory Partners who are hungry, people-first, and excited about the impact of AI. We provide the training and the front-line opportunity to help local businesses thrive.
What You’ll Do
You will be the face of Omada in your area, connecting with local business owners and demonstrating how our AI platform can handle their marketing so they can focus on running their business.
Your weekly workflow:
- Identify 10–50 businesses in your area using Omada's Route Planner.
- Start conversations in person or via telephone.
- Demonstrate Omada’s capabilities using your phone or tablet.
- Offer a no-risk free trial to potential clients.
- Use HubSpot CRM to track, follow up, and close deals.
- Earn $200 for every conversion to a paid subscription.
Most Territory Partners close their first trial within the first week, and 3+ per week thereafter.
Career Growth
We promote from within. Top Territory Partners can advance into team lead, city manager, and regional roles as we scale.
Requirements
- Hungry, self-motivated, and comfortable walking into a room.
- Genuinely excited about AI and its potential for small businesses.
- Strong communicator who connects with people quickly.
- No prior sales experience required (we provide full training).
- Must reside in the United States.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Bonus: Prior sales experience or experience working with small business owners.
