About the Role
We are two pre-seed founders looking for a founding Product Designer/PM. You will own the entire design system and UX (for both engineers and employers) from scratch. You will be expected to help shape the product roadmap, rather than simply executing briefs.
Requirements
- Proven experience shipping real products.
- Ability to think in systems.
- Willingness to push back on bad ideas.
- Comfort with total ambiguity.
- Bonus: Experience with two-sided platforms or marketplaces.
