About the Role
The Account Executive, Renewal Sales is a key participant in the Renewals Department responsible for active account management, cross-selling, and retaining merchant relations. The Account Executive, Renewal Sales will work with and support other business areas and senior management to increase account penetration, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of accounts
- Drive revenue and own the full cycle sales process including prospecting, negotiating contracts, and closing renewal business with customers
- Provide recommendations based on a customer’s business needs and usage patterns
- Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to thoroughly qualify leads and sales opportunities, leverage business from new and established relationships, and strategize, negotiate, and close business.
