About the Company:
We're building the first AI mover in a massive, real-world industry crucial to keeping the modern world running. We achieved $100K ARR in 3 months and received pre-seed funding from a16z speedrun.
Team:
- Michael Holkesvik (me!): CTO of a series B company that raised $65M.
- Sanjay Dasari (nice guy!): 2× founder who scaled his last startup to $250M revenue.
- We have the best advisory board in the industry.
About the Role:
- Work directly with the founders.
- Own full-stack features end-to-end.
- Involve customer site visits to share tools with expert blue-collar workers. We need to be onsite occasionally to learn what's working.
Requirements:
- Sharp and scrappy.
- Excited about overlooked industries.
- 2-3 years of experience, ideally writing code at an early-stage startup.
- Excited about cutting-edge voice AI (pipecat, vapi), AI agents (Browserbase, Vercel AI SDK), and multimodal reasoning.
