[HIRING] Full-Time Remote Sales Representative (Automotive + Home Services)
Compensation: $2,000/month
About the Role
I own a marketing agency that helps businesses generate high-quality inbound leads. We're looking for a full-time remote Sales Representative to take those leads, build relationships, follow up consistently, and help our clients close more business.
Your primary responsibility will be managing inbound leads, following up with prospects, answering questions, handling objections, and booking or closing jobs depending on the client.
The first client you'll be working with is a premium automotive shop specializing in services such as:
- Paint Protection Film (PPF)
- Ceramic Coatings
- Window Tint
- Paint Correction
- Vinyl Wraps
- Other premium vehicle protection services
Note: You must already have knowledge of the automotive detailing/protection industry. You don't need to be an installer, but you should understand the services, be comfortable talking with car enthusiasts, and know how to communicate the value of premium automotive protection. If you have experience selling these services, that's a huge plus.
As you grow with us, you'll also begin supporting clients in industries like:
- HVAC
- Roofing
- Plumbing
- Landscaping
- Other home service businesses
For these clients, strong sales skills, professionalism, and the ability to learn quickly are more important than industry expertise.
What You'll Be Doing
- Responding to inbound leads quickly
- Calling, texting, and emailing prospects
- Following up consistently until leads are closed or disqualified
- Building trust and educating prospects
- Handling objections professionally
- Scheduling appointments or closing sales, depending on the client
- Keeping our CRM updated with accurate notes
- Communicating with our internal team regarding lead status
- Becoming an expert on each client's services
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English (non-negotiable)
- Previous sales experience with proven results
- Experience in the automotive detailing, PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, wrap, or related automotive industry
- Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Comfortable learning multiple industries over time
- Professional, dependable, and coachable
Compensation
- $2,000 USD/month
