About the Role

I scaled my last agency to seven figures and am now building the next one. We help growing SMBs eliminate manual busywork using custom workflows and AI. We are in the early stages but have already secured several happy clients.

I am making my first hire and am looking for someone to build this with, rather than someone to slot into a box. You will work directly with me from day one with the freedom to run your own process. While the role starts with appointment setting, I hire people, not roles; I am open to this position evolving based on your strengths and the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

Reach out to leads via DMs, email, and calls
Qualify leads and book discovery calls
Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized CRM

Requirements

Proven experience in appointment setting
Solid English proficiency (spoken and written)
A "builder" mindset—someone who wants to contribute to growth rather than just clocking hours

Compensation

Pay: Base salary plus commission
Base Rate: Up to $20/hr (depending on experience)
