About the Role

Wrenly is a bootstrapped, profitable HR / people-analytics SaaS. We collect performance and engagement data where teams already work (Slack, MS Teams), and our AI turns it into plans managers actually act on. We go up against Lattice and Culture Amp with a fraction of their headcount.

We're hiring our first CSM. You'll own onboarding, support, QBRs, renewals, and expansion—and you'll do it with AI as the primary tool, not a side feature. Claude is how you'll triage tickets, investigate our codebase, write docs, and automate the repetitive parts of the job, so the knowledge base answers the next customer before they ask.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in Brazil, comfortable with US Eastern time-zone overlap.
  • Language: Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Technical Skills: 100+ hours of real hands-on experience building AI agents/automations. This is a genuine bar—if you haven't, this isn't the role.
  • Experience: 1-4 years in B2B SaaS customer success / account management is ideal but not required; we care more about how you work than how long you've done it.

Compensation & Perks

  • Salary: USD $16k-$26k base + commission on expansion.
  • Schedule: 40 hours/week.
  • Time Off: 20 days off/year total.
