About the Role

We are a growing paid media agency running Meta ads (plus some Google and LinkedIn) for financial advisors in Canada. We are expecting significant growth in 2027 and are looking for someone to own accounts end-to-end: running the campaigns and managing the client relationship.

Responsibilities

Build, manage, and optimize campaigns (primarily Meta).
Serve as the main point of contact for your clients: conduct two calls a month, provide email updates, and deliver monthly reports.
Spot issues and opportunities early and bring them up before the client has to ask.
Assist with ad creative when needed.

Requirements

Fluent English: Both written and spoken.
Location: Must be based in Canada or the US.
Experience: A few years of paid ads experience.
Client Management: Naturally good with clients. You enjoy the relationship side, not just the dashboard.
Soft Skills: Proactive and eager to learn. We value this more than a long resume.
Bonus Skills:
- Design experience (Canva, Figma, etc.) is a big plus.
- Experience with financial services or Meta's Special Ad Category is a bonus, not a requirement.

Pay and Growth

Compensation: $400 USD/month per account.
Growth: Start with a few accounts and grow to up to 20 in 2027 (potentially).
Term: Long-term opportunity.
