About the Role
As a DevOps Engineer, you will shape the future of infrastructure by building Kubernetes clusters and implementing CI/CD pipelines to enable a scalable and highly available platform.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage Kubernetes clusters to orchestrate containerized applications
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate development, testing, and deployment processes
- Collaborate closely with development teams to implement and optimize scalable and highly available cloud infrastructures
- Ensure system stability and performance by proactively monitoring and optimizing system resources
- Contribute to the adoption and improvement of DevOps best practices across teams
Requirements
- Extensive experience working with Kubernetes for container orchestration
- Solid expertise in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), ideally with tools like GitLab CI
- Experience in operating and automating infrastructure, preferably in a cloud environment
- Proficient in version control systems such as Git and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or Ansible
- Strong skills in Linux system administration
- Optional but advantageous: Programming experience in scripting languages like Python
- Fluent in both German and English, both written and spoken
