We run a powerful, high-volume paid-traffic engine and there's enormous untapped revenue in monetizing it harder. We need an operator who owns offer monetization end to end — running third-party advertiser/network offers against our traffic and funnels, squeezing max revenue + margin out of every click. The right person has personally run offers and made them profitable.
**What you'll own**
* Source & vet offers from networks and direct advertisers across our verticals
* Get offers live fast (coordinate tracking/postbacks with engineering)
* Run offers live: monitor EPC, conversion, margin daily; kill underperformers, test replacements
* Turn thank-you pages & funnels into real revenue engines
* Own advertiser relationships, payouts, terms — negotiate better/exclusive rates
* Manage inbound traffic partners; police traffic quality
* Own offer/affiliate revenue & margin as your number, reported weekly
**What you need**
* 2+ yrs in affiliate marketing, offer monetization, or media arbitrage — running offers profitably
* Fluency in affiliate economics: EPC, sub-ID tracking, payout negotiation, margin, acceptance rates
* Hands-on with affiliate tracking / offer platforms; comfortable with postback setups
* Existing network/advertiser relationships a major plus
* Bonus: home-services + financial-services verticals, TY-page monetization
