We are looking for an experienced and reliable Customer Service representative to professionally support our members, trainers, and internal teams. The role is part-time or freelance, but requires daily availability as we need to ensure continuous service.

You are a good fit for us if you work in a structured manner, enjoy taking responsibility, and thrive in a role where careful communication and clean work are crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Independently process the e-mail inbox (member inquiries, trainer concerns, internal coordination)
  • Prepare and input training feedback
  • Communicate with trainers regarding courses, questions, and information
  • Proactively send member emails (e.g., reminders, information, follow-ups)
  • Make many small decisions in day-to-day business – confidently, pragmatically, and cleanly documented
  • Gradually take over 100% ownership of all incoming inquiries within the area of responsibility

Qualifications

Must-haves:

  • Fluent German
  • Fluent English
  • Very good written communication / mailing skills
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and solid software understanding
  • 2–5+ years of relevant experience in Customer Service or a comparable support/enablement role
