About the Role
We are looking for a skilled video editor to convert long-form content (45–90 minute podcasts / lectures) into engaging short-form videos for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
Scope of Work
- Identify strong hook moments
- Edit into 30–60 second vertical clips (9:16)
- Add captions (dynamic, clean, modern style)
- Add light motion graphics / zoom cuts where appropriate
- Deliver 2 shorts per day
Style Reference
Fast-paced, clean subtitles, retention-focused editing similar to Alex Hormozi / modern podcast clips.
Requirements
- Experience editing short-form social content
- Strong understanding of hooks and retention
- Portfolio required (please link)
- Ability to deliver consistently each week
Compensation
- $5,000 per month
- Potential long-term collaboration if quality is strong
