About the Role:
We've grown almost entirely through organic short-form content. We're hiring a Lead Content Strategist to own our content operation. This role involves:
- Directing UGC creators
- Analyzing performance data to build repeatable formats
- Running structured experiments
- Building the systems that scale output
Think content strategy as engineering; hypothesis-driven, iterative, data-informed.
Compensation:
- Starts ~30h/week at $750/week + performance bonuses
- Designed to convert to full-time with exit participation
