Responsibilities
- As a Bio and Pathology Imaging Application Scientist or Sales Rep or Product Marketing or Business Development, you will be responsible for developing and applying innovative bioimaging techniques and solutions for various biomedical and industrial applications, such as cancer diagnosis, drug discovery, food quality analysis, etc.
- You will work closely with customers, collaborators, and internal teams to understand their needs and challenges, design and perform bioimaging experiments, analyze and interpret data, and provide technical support and training.
- You will also contribute to the development and improvement of bioimaging products and services, such as software, hardware, and reagents, by providing feedback and suggestions based on your expertise and experience.
- You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge bioimaging technologies and platforms, such as optical, magnetic resonance, and isotopic imaging, as well as artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms for image analysis and processing.
- The development of segmentation applications using deep learning based on interviews with customers is also included in our business.
Requirements
- Experience in building deep learning models in the fields of life sciences and digital pathology is a mandatory requirement.
- Experience with Python and R is a mandatory requirement.
- You should have a PhD degree in biomedical engineering, medical physics, biochemistry, molecular biology, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant research or industry experience in bioimaging.
- You should also have strong knowledge and skills in bioimaging principles, methods, and applications, as well as data analysis and visualization tools.
- You should be a team player, a problem solver, and a self-motivated learner, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
