About the Role
You will be instrumental in developing and refining the leading LLM group chat experience. This includes fine-tuning models to enhance conversational quality and scalability, and identifying innovative methods to create a "memory" that delivers a personalized and unique user experience.
Requirements
- Experienced machine learning engineer with broad knowledge and skills.
- Experience fine-tuning LLMs for both generative and discriminative use cases.
- Master's or PhD in Machine Learning (or a Bachelor’s with exceptional industry experience).
- Understanding of the fast-paced startup environment.
