Responsibilities
In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and guiding engineering teams in high-complexity projects.
- Ensuring the technical quality of deliveries, promoting good development practices.
- Working in partnership with Product Managers, Designers, and other areas to define and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Collaborating with the technical staff team in the initial design of solutions.
- Contributing to the recruitment and onboarding of new engineers.
- Promoting excellence in system monitoring.
Requirements
To fit the position, we are looking for someone with experience and knowledge in the following points:
- Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or similar role.
- Previous experience as a Software Engineer or Software Engineer in Test.
- Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Intermediate or advanced English.
Nice to Have
It is not mandatory, but it would be amazing if you also have:
- Experience in the financial market.
