About the Role
We are hiring a Network Engineer who is excited to help with day-to-day NOC operations, client infrastructure support, alert triage, troubleshooting, and keeping systems online.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys digging into network issues, server alerts, firewalls, tickets, documentation, and the operational details that keep businesses running. You will help us improve our NOC process, respond to issues quickly, and build better operational workflows as we grow.
Responsibilities
Our work spans a wide range of operational areas, including:
- Networking, servers, and workstations
- Monitoring and ticketing
- Backups and security
- Client communications
Technical Stack & Tools
- Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux
- Networking: Firewalls, switches, VPNs, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Infrastructure: Microsoft 365, Active Directory
- Operations: RMM tools, ticketing systems, monitoring/alerting
