About the Role

The Project Intake Consultant supports the Director of Strategy in delivering high-impact strategic RevOps engagements for our end clients. This person will be responsible for evaluating, scoping, processing, and managing new project requests by assessing their technical feasibility, strategic alignment, and facilitating communication among internal and external stakeholders.

This client-facing role combines strong organizational skills, project management, and the ability to clearly translate complex business challenges into actionable, strategic solutions.

What You’ll Do

Client Strategy & Support:

  • Meet with clients to understand project requests and business needs.
  • Assess the technical feasibility and strategic alignment of new project requests.
  • Develop project scopes, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external clients.
  • Manage project intake process, ensuring all requests are properly documented and tracked.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and progress.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Contribute to the development of project intake processes and best practices.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Coordinate project resources, including internal teams and external vendors.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of RevOps principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
