Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating CRM campaigns for the entire user lifecycle, including automation and ad-hoc communications.
- Create the strategy and framework for rapid testing across CRM channels.
- Manage the end-to-end development and execution of email campaigns, including collaboration with the regional CRM team and designers.
- Structure and monitor complex journeys, triggers, and automations with static and dynamic content.
- Create user purchase flows that generate conversation and engagement.
- Analyze campaign results, develop benchmarks, and create reports.
Requirements
- Preferably 2+ years of experience in CRM, customer marketing, or customer engagement.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create data-driven strategies and end-to-end campaigns.
- Knowledge of SQL and Python.
- Experience in data extraction and analysis to generate action plans.
- Proven results in testing and developing campaigns across different channels such as email, SMS, and push notifications.
- Familiarity with CRM technology and database segmentation tools.
- Strong organizational skills, independence, multi-tasking abilities, and attention to detail.
