About the Role
We are looking for individuals to join our remote lead generation team. This role involves identifying local businesses that may be interested in improving their online presence.
Responsibilities
- Find local businesses (Google Maps / Instagram / directories)
- Call or message them
- Check if they are interested in improving their online presence / digital visibility
- Pass on interested businesses as warm leads to our team
Compensation
- ₹1,000 per qualified onboarded lead
- ₹1,000 bonus for every 3 successful onboarded clients
- ₹2,000 bonus for every 10 successful onboarded clients
- Potential earnings of ₹15,000 for 10 onboarded clients
Earnings depend on consistency and communication skills.
Requirements
- Smartphone
- Comfortable speaking with business owners
- Basic Hindi/English/local language communication
- No prior experience required (training provided) | although sales experience would be beneficial
Work Setup
