[Hiring] Full-time Developers

Source: reddit-r-forhire

About the Project

We are building a next-generation AI marketplace designed to bundle, integrate, and distribute AI tools through a unified platform.

This is not a simple directory. It is a structured, vendor-integrated marketplace with unified billing, entitlement logic, provisioning flows, and a scalable vendor connector framework.

We are looking for strong engineers who can help build this platform from the ground up at the 0→1 stage.

Open Roles

  • Full-Stack Developer
  • Frontend Developer
  • Backend Developer

What You'll Work On

  • Authentication and organization management
  • Vendor catalog and bundle system
  • Unified billing integration
  • Entitlement engine
  • Vendor connector framework
  • Provisioning logic and launch flows
  • Dashboard and account management
  • Async job systems and queue management
  • Logging, monitoring, and production hardening

You will help design a standardized vendor integration layer with structured methods such as provisioning, entitlement assignment, and launch link generation — enabling vendors to be onboarded without custom development each time.

Frontend Expectations

  • Build scalable UI using modern frameworks such as Next.js
  • Strong understanding of UX hierarchy and dashboard design
  • Clean state management and API integration
  • Experience working with headless CMS systems
  • Ability to build admin panels and vendor-facing flows

Backend Expectations

  • Architect modular backend systems (Node.js preferred but strong alternatives welcome)
  • Design clean service layers and connector abstractions
  • Build structured data pipelines
  • Implement async job systems and queue workers
  • Strong experience with relational databases such as Postgres
  • Experience handling API integrations and distributed systems
  • Design deterministic safeguards around non-deterministic outputs

CMS & Content Layer

Must be comfortable working with production-grade headless CMS systems such as:

  • Strapi
  • Directus
  • Payload CMS
  • Sanity

This is an application-layer CMS implementation tied into marketplace logic — not a basic website builder.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong production-level engineering experience
  • Experience building real SaaS products, not just landing pages
  • Experience integrating billing systems or payment infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and modular design
  • Comfort designing systems that scale
  • Ability to move fast in an early-stage environment
  • Experience with Docker and modern deployment workflows
  • Clear communication and structured thinking

Nice to Have

  • Experience building marketplace platforms
  • Experience designing vendor API integration layers
  • Experience with provisioning flows or SSO integrations
  • Experience with queue systems such as BullMQ or RabbitMQ
  • Experience deploying to cloud infrastructure

What Success Looks Like

  • Production-ready marketplace infrastructure
  • Clean vendor integration framework
  • Structured entitlement and billing logic
  • Scalable system architecture
  • Platform ready to onboard vendors rapidly
