NexusMaps is a user-friendly platform designed to help organizations monitor asset condition, track service and inspection history, and guide technicians directly to the needed location quickly. It’s an essential tool for teams working with field assets, making management and monitoring more efficient.
About the Role
This is an independent contractor, commission-only sales role based in Greater Cleveland (with flexibility to work remotely or in the field).
As a Sales Representative for NexusMaps, you will:
- Identify and prospect potential clients (e.g., transit agencies, utilities, municipalities).
- Present and demonstrate NexusMaps, highlighting its features and benefits.
- Address customer inquiries and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Close new subscription sales and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Provide feedback to the product team to improve sales and customer experience.
Compensation
- Commission-only — no base salary.
- Earn 20% recurring commission on every closed monthly subscription, for as long as the client remains active. The average subscription is $10,000 a month, which would net you $2,000 a month per sale!
- This structure allows you to build compounding, recurring income as you grow your book of business.
Qualifications
- Sales Experience, Client Relationship Management, Account Management
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Customer Service Skills
- Tech-Savvy with an Understanding of Digital Tools and SaaS Platforms
- Self-Motivated, Able to Work Independently
- Previous Experience in Field Asset Management Solutions is a Plus
