About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to help grow our client base by identifying and connecting with prospective customers in the med-tech and SaaS space.
We have already defined our ideal customer profile (ICP) and target market. Your primary responsibility will be to execute our outreach strategy, build relationships, and create opportunities for our team.
- Workload: Approximately 10–15 hours per month.
- Employment Type: Freelance (with potential to expand contracts based on performance).
Compensation
- Base Pay: Flat rate of $15–$19 per hour.
- Incentives: Commission based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospects through email and other outbound channels.
- Start conversations and build relationships with potential clients.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales/founder team.
- Keep outreach efforts organized within our CRM.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable initiating conversations with new people.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Fast learner and able to adapt quickly.
