About the Role
We are building accountability infrastructure for enterprise AI in regulated financial environments—the trust, evidence, and audit layer that lets banks and regulators actually rely on AI. We are pre-revenue and on the ground floor, looking for a founding technical leader to architect the system and write the production code that becomes the company's core.
This is a mission-driven, ground-floor opportunity, not a paycheck play. Compensation will be discussed directly.
Requirements
You are likely a current Principal/Staff Engineer, Senior Architect, or Tech Lead ready for your first executive seat while still building hands-on. We are looking for:
- Strong software/platform architecture and distributed systems expertise.
- Real security-engineering depth: Cryptography, PKI, key management, immutable logging, and evidence integrity.
- Cloud-native infrastructure: Proficiency in AWS, CI/CD, and IaC.
- Enterprise API design experience.
- AI/LLM fluency: Understanding why AI needs oversight and accountability.
Bonus Skills:
- RegTech/FinTech/Identity background.
- nCino, Salesforce, or core-banking integration experience.
