Part-Time Customer Support Assistant

Rate: $25/hr

Hours: 1 to 2 hours per day, 9am to 11am EDT

We are a small tech product business seeking a part-time customer support assistant. You will assist customers with questions about installing and setting up KVM switches and TinyPilot devices on their local PCs. Your role is to guide them through the process in a friendly and easy-to-understand manner.

About the Role

Provide customer support related to the installation and setup of KVM switches and TinyPilot devices.
Communicate with customers in a clear and patient manner.

Requirements

Basic computer literacy.
Strong communication skills.
Patient attitude.
Comfortable communicating with US-based customers.

Compensation

Rate: $25 per hour

Schedule
