Job Title: [Hiring] Looking for LangChain / LangGraph / Langflow Dev to Build an Agent Orchestration Platform
About the Role
I'm looking for an experienced LangChain / LangGraph / Langflow developer to help me design and build a small but solid agent orchestration platform.
Context:
I already have a rich MCP server built from scratch (enterprise-grade, Maximo-focused):
- Strong metadata tooling
- Attachment intelligence (PDF, Excel, logs, Word, etc.)
- Deterministic, tool-driven agents (preview → commit model)
- Audit & governance friendly
- Designed for enterprise usage, not demos
I’ve already built a client using Langflow, but I’m not satisfied with the current approach. It works, but it doesn’t feel like a platform.
What I'm Looking For
I need someone who can think like a system / platform engineer, not just wire prompts or nodes.
The goal is to build a client/orchestrator where:
- I can define agents and solutions as flows
- Agents can understand which flow / solution to invoke
- Supports multi-agent workflows (LangGraph-style orchestration preferred)
- Clear separation between:
- Agent logic
- Orchestration
- Observability & audit
- Works cleanly with LangChain + LangGraph, with Langflow used where it actually makes sense
- Enterprise mindset (traceability, extensibility, no hacks)
This does not need to be a massive framework — I want a small, well-architected solution that I can evolve.
Expected Skill Set
- Strong hands-on with LangChain
- Practical experience with LangGraph (state machines, multi-agent flows)
- Experience using or extending Langflow
- Comfortable designing agent orchestration, not just chatbots
- Understanding of production concerns (logging, audit, observability)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Help design the overall architecture
- Build a working orchestrator/client
- Decide where Langflow fits vs custom code
- Enable multi-agent + flow-based reasoning
- Keep it lean, clean, and production-oriented
What I’m Offering
- Paid work
- Open to:
- Fixed price
- Hourly
- Milestone-based
How to Apply
Please reach out with:
- Your experience with LangChain / LangGraph / Langflow
- Any relevant projects (GitHub links welcome)
- Rough estimate of effort & cost
Who This Is For
- ✅ People who’ve actually built and shipped LLM systems
- ✅ Comfortable with orchestration, tools, and state
- ✅ Can reason beyond “single chat agent”
- ❌ Not looking for beginners or copy-paste demo builders
If this resonates, comment or DM me and we’ll take it forward.
