Sales Representative - High Ticket Reputation Management

Compensation: $17/hr + Commission

About the Role:

We are hiring driven, commission-only sales representatives in the US to sell high-ticket reputation management packages. This role offers uncapped recurring monthly income.

Requirements and Rules:

  • Minimum 50 calls per day using provided CRM
  • Mandatory training call before leads are released
  • All client appointments handled directly by the rep
  • Contracts are finalized by the rep through company systems
  • Proof of offer handled by company management within 3 days of first contact
  • All payments flow through company autopay
  • Commissions are paid every Friday, no exceptions

Application and Onboarding Process:

Step 1 – Apply (Day 1) Submit interest via Reddit posting

Step 2 – Screening (Day 2) 10-minute call to test voice confidence and persistence

Step 3 – Training (Day 3) 1-page pitch + 1-hour live training session

Step 4 – Agreement (Day 4) Independent contractor form, commission-only

Step 5 – Pay Plan (Day 5)

  • 40% commission on every close
    • $17.00 per hour
    • Example: Close a $1,200/week client → you earn $480 upfront + $480 monthly residual (40% instant + 40% recurring, monthly)
    • This is ON TOP of your $17/hr base pay.

Step 6 – Leads (Day 5 / weekly ongoing) 50 pre-qualified business leads provided weekly

Step 7 – Outreach (Day 6 / onward daily) Call a minimum of 50 businesses daily using the provided CRM

Step 8 – Proof Offer (Within 3 days of first contact) Company management delivers the proof offer so you can focus on outreach and closing

Step 9 – Appointment Handling (Day 10 onward) Rep manages appointments and closes directly with decision-makers

Step 10 – Client Conversion (Day 12 onward) Rep locks subscription $149–$3,500+/wk depending on the package

Step 11 – Recurring Income (Week 2 onward) Clients pay weekly via auto-pay. Your 40% commission triggers upfront + monthly

Step 12 – Payouts (Every Friday starting Week 2) Paid out weekly

Income Path (Timeline):

  • Month 1: 2 clients = $1,196–$4,000 upfront + $1,196–$4,000 monthly residual
  • Month 3: 8 clients = $4,784–$16,000 upfront + $4,784–$16,000 monthly residual
  • Month 6: 20 clients = $11,960–$40,000 upfront + $11,960–$40,000 monthly residual
