Faraday | Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Backend)
Location: New York City (Chinatown) | Onsite
Compensation: $160K–$200K + seed-stage equity

Contractors are buried in essential paperwork — permits, warranties, rebates — and our AI agents handle these complex workflows so projects stay on track and contractors get paid faster.
We've grown 300% in 9 months and partnered with some of the leading US home service brands. Backed by top-tier VCs, we're a 10-person team operating out of Chinatown, NYC.
About the Role
You will:
- Build and scale our AI agent platform and internal tools
- Ship features end-to-end, working closely with customers
- Own backend services, APIs, and integrations (ServiceTitan, etc.)
Requirements
We are looking for:
- 5+ years full-stack experience
- Proficient in TypeScript/JavaScript, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Familiarity with AI/LLMs or eagerness to learn fast
- Startup experience (founder or early-stage engineer)
