Criyx is looking for a sharp, confident, and ownership-driven Sales Head to help us build and scale our sales engine.

We are an AI automation and software development company helping businesses improve operations using AI voice agents, WhatsApp automation, CRM systems, workflow automation, websites, mobile apps, and custom software.

This is a high-growth role for someone who understands sales, can talk to business owners, manage leads, handle follow-ups, and help convert opportunities into paying clients.

Your Role

• Managing the sales pipeline
• Calling and following up with business owners
• Booking and handling discovery calls
• Understanding client pain points
• Pitching Criyx services clearly
• Coordinating with the internal team for proposals
• Helping close projects
• Managing junior sales interns/appointment setters
• Building a repeatable sales process

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Confidence in speaking with founders, business owners, and decision-makers
• Basic understanding of B2B sales
• Ability to follow up without sounding pushy
• Ownership mindset
• Interest in AI, automation, software, and business growth
• Hindi and English communication preferred

Compensation Structure

• Initial Period: The first 40 days will be commission-based to evaluate performance, ownership, communication quality, and closing ability.
• Long-term: After the initial performance period, this will move into a fixed salary + commission structure.
• Once you prove consistency and results, you get a stable base salary along with strong performance-based earning potential.
