As a Senior CRM Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the relationship of different clients, in addition to having autonomy for more technical and strategic resolutions. The analyst creates actions considering the growth of digital maturity, the evolution of channels, and the generation of cases.
This position is for hybrid work (3x in-person and 2x remote), at the São Paulo office.
Responsibilities
In the CRM team, you will have the challenge of:
- Managing an integrated and multi-channel operation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
- Organizing the data structure within the platform;
- Developing strategies for acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention;
- Managing, cleaning, and clustering the database;
- Structuring project management, client meetings, and material presentations;
- Developing deliveries and demands based on the agile methodology;
- Performing performance, conversion, and engagement analysis;
- Creating dashboards and performing recurring reporting;
- Creating and building complex relationship rules;
- Developing automations, SQLs, and building data extraction;
- Conducting training and assisting in the technical development of assistants.
Prerequisites
