About the Role
I am researching two small business ideas and need assistance with sourcing suppliers. This role involves conducting online research, contacting suppliers in Vietnamese, obtaining quotes, and organizing the details into a spreadsheet for comparison.
Responsibilities
- Supplier Research: Identify and contact suppliers for two specific business areas:
- Eatery: Ingredients, cups/packaging, and equipment for a yoghurt and fresh fruit shop.
- Office: DNP photo printers (specifically models DNP Q410, DNP 620, and DNP RX1HS).
- Documentation: Compile data into a spreadsheet including price, MOQ, lead time, and contact information.
- Verification: Provide proof of actual conversations (screenshots of Zalo/email/message exchanges) to ensure quotes are based on real pricing.
- Contact Details: Provide the company name, contact person, and verifiable contact information for each supplier.
- Future Potential: There may be a requirement to visit a few suppliers in person at a later date (this would be a separate paid task).
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC).
- Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English.
- Skills: Comfortable contacting companies via cold outreach.
Compensation
