About AveryIQ
AveryIQ is a full-stack property management platform competing against Appfolio, Yardi, and Entrata. We believe property management is a domain currently underserved by AI, with significant potential to improve the experience for both tenants and landlords. This is a multidisciplinary domain, touching everything from payments and accounting to computer vision and complex workflows.
The Role
As a Full-stack Engineer, you will work across the front-end, back-end, and mobile platforms. We are looking for someone with a strong product design sense and a drive to see features built end-to-end with little guidance in a remote environment.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven ability to build robust, fully tested, and reliable systems. (We move hundreds of thousands of dollars per month and cannot afford to make mistakes).
- Product Sense: Strong product design sense and the ability to work autonomously.
- Tech Stack: Familiarity or expertise with our stack: Bun/Hono, TypeScript, NextJS, and React Native.
