About the Role
I am looking for a self-driven AI video editor/content creator to help grow my personal brand in software engineering, AI, DSA, system design, and tech careers. I am seeking a reliable partner for a potential long-term collaboration, with room to increase compensation as the project grows.
Scope of Work
You will be responsible for end-to-end content creation, including:
- Topic research and scripting.
- AI avatar and voice generation (using my authorized likeness).
- Editing, captions, and visual integration.
- Final quality checks.
Target Output
While we will scale up over time, the long-term goal is:
- 8–10 long-form YouTube videos per month.
- 30–40 Shorts/Reels per month.
Note: This is a long-term target, not an expectation from day one. We will agree on realistic deliverables based on quality, production time, and the established workflow.
Getting Started
We will begin with a paid two-week trial. Payment, deliverables, deadlines, and revision limits will be agreed upon in advance. Weekly payments during the initial period are possible.
Requirements
I am open to freelancers, self-taught creators, and early-career candidates. You must be able to:
- Demonstrate actual work with AI video tools.
- Independently manage research, scripting, and editing.
