About the Role
We're hiring an AI Engineering Lead to own the intelligence layer end to end. You would own the agent systems, work close to the infrastructure, and set the engineering bar for how the product is built.
You will partner directly with the Product Owner: they own the "what" and the "why," and you own the "how." This is a senior, high-autonomy role at an early stage with no layers and no politics.
Requirements
- Strong Python proficiency.
- Real production experience with LLM APIs (well beyond demos).
- A bias for shipping.
- Bonus: Container and multi-tenant SaaS experience.
