About the Role

I am a founder looking for one part-time, remote sales partner to help sell subscriptions to companies and recruiters. This is an ongoing role with flexible hours.

You will be responsible for reaching out to and closing a warm-ish audience of agencies, job boards, and dev shops. This is not a cold-call script environment; you will have genuine conversations and own your sales process. I will provide a starter lead list and all necessary sales collateral.

Product Overview

You will be selling a data/API product for the tech-hiring space, which includes:

Aggregated, AI-enriched tech job listings from 20+ ATS platforms
Hiring signals showing which companies are actively hiring
Contact data (LinkedIn + email) for those companies
API access with advanced filters and hybrid (keyword + semantic) search

Target Audience

Tech/staffing agencies: Companies placing developers at hiring firms.
Job boards: Platforms looking for fresh listings data to integrate.
Software dev shops: Businesses hunting for new project opportunities.

Compensation

Small monthly retainer + 30% commission on every closed deal.
15% recurring commission on renewals for as long as the customer stays active.
Uncapped earnings: The more you close, the more you make.

Requirements

You are a fit for this role if you have experience in:

Selling B2B SaaS, data, or API products.
Selling into the recruiting, HR, or agency sectors.
